La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano is a third-generation pasta business in the picturesque Campanian town of Gragnano. This town is nestled in the heart of the Lattari mountains, between the Gulf of Sorrento and Amalfi coast. This position provides ideal durum wheat growing conditions meaning the town has a long history of pasta making tradition.

Using mountain spring water, the finest durum wheat and a slow drying method La Fabbrica della Pasta produces an ideally textured pasta in a variety of shapes. The perfect example of Calabrian pasta tradition.

Tasting Notes:
Cuttlefish and Squid ink, when used in excess, can give pasta a distinct iodine flavour. However, when used in harmony with other ingredients as it is in this pasta, it adds a subtle brininess and a festive splash of colour.

This pasta is best served with a fresh seafood and tomato sauce.
